On another note, I'd appreciate it if you all could be praying for us. Liana has come down with the latest local disease (high fever, cough, cold, general misery) and Elizabeth is still recovering from a bronchial infection. We've had to postpone our departure to the workshop to give them some extra recoup time. Hopefully, we'll be driving on the morning of the 26th. This will be our first big adventure in the new vehicle and it's at least 10 hours drive time on Indian roads with two toddlers who are not feeling completely well and Elizabeth gets car sick to boot.
Meanwhile Sukadeb is down with something that sounds a bit like malaria and is trying to recover in time to attend.
Stifen Das one of the trainers in Andaman has been suffering greatly from asthma and had to be admitted to the hospital for a couple of days. It's the middle of the monsoon there and he's really having trouble. Plus he's one of those people who refuses to take care of himself or tell anyone when he's not feeling well. I finally had to issue an ultimatum: take care of your health or come home. I'm hoping for the first one. However, the good news is the new believers insisted on taking him into their homes to care for him and told Jaitin to continue with the ministry without being concerned for Stifen. Good start!
And finally, the translation of the training material for the children's project is in great danger of not being completed in time. We have run up against one stumbling block after another getting this job finished. It isn't a great big job but nonetheless it has been delayed by one thing and another repeatedly. Please pray that it comes together immediately.
